This is not an experiment question as such, it's more of a puzzle - a bit
of fun with expectations and spreadsheets.
Two women, Ann and Bridget, play a game in which they take it in turns to throw an unbiased six-sided die.
The first woman to throw a '6' wins the game.
Ann is first to throw.
Firstly, try to solve the IB exam question associated with this game - you'll find it on the second tab on the spreadsheet.
Secondly, can you add the formulae in column O that model E(m,n) - the expected number of times that the game will terminate after m throws of the dice, given that a total of n games have been played?
