You combine the contents of Bag A and Bag B into Bag E and the contents of Bag C and Bag D into Bag F.
Would you expect that;
(A) P(choose a red ball from Bag E) < P(choose a red ball from Bag F)
(B) P(choose a red ball from Bag E) > P(choose a red ball from Bag F)
(C) P(choose a red ball from Bag E) = P(choose a red ball from Bag F)
